Bookending Winter 2019

Hi! For those that don't already know, Bookending  Winter is hosted by  Clo  and  Sam . The purpose of this event is to bring the blogging community together with prompts and challenges. There is still time to sign up, for sign-ups, and the full list of hosts with the challenges,  check out the announcement post . Top Ten (Eight) Tuesday!

Welcome Back! I have missed doing Top Ten Tuesdays over the last few weeks. Jana @ thatartsyredergirl hosts top Ten Tuesdays and every week we join to talk about books based on the prompt. The prompt for this week is changes, and I wanted to take this as changes I’ve made since I’ve rebranded as a book blogger.  Enjoy! 1- Genres I never thought I would read Before I was a book blogger, I would have never been one to open a book of the fantasy or a book of the Science-Fiction genre. The books that changed this were A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas, I followed the hype train, and I’m very glad I did. This series is one that I love and adore and I can’t wait to see where the story goes from here. A new trilogy I started in 2019 was The Folk of Air Trilogy by Holly Black. Heart of Iron and Soul of Stars by Ashley Poston are in the Sci-Fi genre, and I loved those books so much. What drew me to those, in particular, was the fact that the story was Anastasia
