Top Ten Tuesdays - Books I Never get rid of

Welcome back! Top Ten Tuesday is one of my favorite memes , so I enjoy doing this every week. Our host is Jana  @thatartsyreadergirl . The topic of books you've read that you don't own but want to add them to your library was submitted by  Annemieke @  A Dance with Books , I don't get a ton of arcs yet, I'm trying to build up my brand as a blogger. My NetGalley rating is really low. Some of that is due to that fact I don't know how to read them, I think I need the app. Anyway, this is books and series I will never get rid of because I love them too much.  1- Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell  Please tell you were expecting this book. I love this story way too much to part with the novel. If I got rid of this, I would have withdraw I'm sure, so I just need to keep this book forever.  2- A Court Of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas This series was my first fantasy that I truly loved. I passed on fantasy for years because I didn't think it was for m

Top Ten (Eight) Tuesday

Hi! I know this is a little late today but I still wanted to put this up. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by Jana @ thatartsyreadergirl . This weekly meme was born out of a love of lists, and bringing the book bloging community together. Our topic for this week is  Favorite Tropes (a trope is a commonly used theme or plot device) (submitted by Andrea @ Books for Muse.) I was not sure this would be a good topic for me, but I looked at some lists and thought about the topic. Here are my top 8 favorite tropes. 1- Families who love each other no matter what Whether big or small I love a family who loves each other no matter what. No family is perfect, but I love a family who at the core forgives each other and accepts each other. Some of my favorite families are The Bennett’s (Pride&Prejudice), The Avery’s (Fangirl), and Claudia’s Family ( Foolish Hearts). I think this steams from being close with my parents and sister. 2- Core Friendship Groups Every MC needs a squad they can tru

The Identity Crisis Booktag

This tag looks so fun and I'm excited!!! Take all the quizzes down below and record your answers somehow. I decided to just copy the text from each quiz and paste it into my post, but screenshots work too! Whatever floats your goat (Yes goat. I SAID WHAT I SAID). NO CHEATING. You get one shot to take each quiz my friends. I’m watching you. ∗Suspicious squinty eyes∗ Use this post to give credit to the creator  Loretta @ The Laughing Listener  or tag me on Loretta @ The Laughing Listener twitter  @LaughnListener  so I can see everyone’s answers!! Tag some friends to spread the fun! Red Queen You're Maven! Woah people better watch out because you are not one to be messed with! You hold all the power and the truth is what you make it. You could set this world on fire and call it rain! (But please don't.) Response  I have not read this series, but I'm not sure this fits me. I'm not sure what character would fit me, but I'm not sure it's this

Top Ten Tuesday- Female Squad Goals

Welcome back! It’s the start of another week of memes and blogs here, so as with every week, we will kick off with Top Ten Tuesday. Our host is Jana http://www.thatartsyreadergirl.com/. This was born out of a love of list and bringing the bookish community together. The prompt this week is Characters I want to be Besties with submitted by Michelle at Pink Polka Dot Books. This prompt is so fun and I can’t wait to share this list with you! When coming up with this list, I made my dream group of females I would love to have as a squad. As a note, I’m taking all the women from the classics and Historical Fiction into our time. Enjoy! 1- Cather Avery from Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell This is the moment where everyone gasps. Just kidding, as my favorite YA character Cath needed to be on here. Cath is a bookish introvert so we would really get along. We have a deep love of fandoms and have a love of fan fic . We would spend hours conversing over all things nerdy. In our group,

Bout of Books!

Hello! Next week is Bout of Books and I really love doing this read-a-thon because all you have to do is read. I thought I would post my goals for the week. More information can be found  Here . Goals 30% of Walls Of Nova- this is based on how much of this book I read this week. I would like to be at around 50% this week, but I'm already a bit behind. Anyway, that's 3 days of reading 10% of this book. 40 pages of Soul of Stars- this is four pages of 10 pages a day and I usually read more than that. I think I should be okay to do this. 40 pages of Carry On Simon- again, this is four days of 10 pages a day. Some of Foolish Hearts. I'm going to start this this week, but I'm not setting a page count as of yet. I will be updating on my  Twitter  and maybe doing a few challenges here. My other goal is to do at least 4 of the daily challenges so I get more interaction with the community.

Top Ten Tuesday -books I just had to buy but are still unread

Hello! Welcome back to Top Ten Tuesday. This weekly meme is hosted by Jana @ thatartsyreadergirl, This meme was born out of a love of lists. Our topic this week is book cover re issues we either love or and was submitted by submitted by Rachelle @ Shell’s Stories. I was not feeling this theme so I turned this into books I just had to buy but have not read yet. I used a combination of physical books and Ebooks. 1- Anne of Green Gables This is a classic and I know I should have read this as a child, but I never did. I have a paperback sitting on shelf  and it stares at me. I would love to read this classic story at some point. Honestly, I don't know why I have not read this story yet. I have a huge feeling that I will love it, I just need to pick it up and get reading. 2- A Little Princess Another classic! I have a fancy B&N edition sitting on my shelf. The cover is pretty and I love  the design. I've read the cover so I know the synopsis this is another one that
