Top Ten Tuesday-books I want to read this fall

Hi I'm back! I took an unexpected hiatus last week but I'm back this week. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by Janna  @thatartsyreadergirl . This meme is based on a love of lists and bringing the book community together. I'm trying to not do a tbr because I'm a becoming more and more of a mood reader. A tbr seems more and more restricting to me so this is a list of books I'd like to read before the end of the year. There will be other books but I'm not sure when I'll get a copy of them so I left them off the list here. Yes, I know this is more than 10 but I want to hit more than 10 books before the end of the year.  1- The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan (reread) With my Birthday next month I ’m going to ask for the whole series. I only have the first book which I read the summer of 2018. I really loved the story but I need to reread it so I can continue the series. I love Rick Riordan and his style.  2- Pumpkinheads by Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks

Top Ten Tuesday- Books on my tbr I haven't read and why

Hi! Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by Jana @ thatartsyreadergirl . This weekly meme was born out of a love of lists and bringing the book blogging community together. Our topic for this week is Books on our tbr that  we have not read and why. This topic was suggested by Caitlin Althea . I picked books that I own either as a physical book or an Ebook. 1- Renegades by Marissa Meyer I love Superheros so I’m not sure why I have not read this yet. This is the only book I have by her, but I will get The Lunar Chronicles for Christmas this year. The author is beloved in the community and the trilogy seems to be hyped . Hype and this book not living up for the hype for me is why I have not picked this up. 2- Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery I wanted to put a classic on this list. This book is a classic and I have a feeling why I have not read this yet is because it’s a classic and I feel I need to enjoy it because it’s so beloved. My reasoning for this

TTT- Books I loved out of my comfort zone

Hi! Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by Jana @ thatartsyreadergirl . This weekly meme was born out of a love of lists and bringing the book blogging community together. Our topic for this week is Book you loved out of your comfort zone. My comfort zone is Contemporary YA, Historical Fiction, and the classics. Fantasy 1- A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas (series) This series is fantastic, and I absolutely  devoured it last year. The first book is a Beauty and the Beast retelling but then it goes in all kinds of crazy directions. I love all the characters and the crazy directions it takes in this series. This was a gateway to fantasy as a genre for me and I am so thankful I read the books. 2- Folk of Air by Holly Black (trilogy) This a fantasy series I read this year. I followed the hype, and I was so happy I did. Jude is a fantastic character and I love her world. If A Court of Thorns and Roses was my gateway to fantasy, this was these are t

I want to review the two books I read in August one will hopefully be up this week. Books Finished The Wall of Nova by Corrin A Hester Rating 5 stars. Read from July 31st-August 19th I read this because a friend said the author was looking to get buzz about the book. I really enjoyed the story, but there are trigger warnings. I will discuss them when I do my review but over all, I really enjoyed this story. Foolish Hearts by Emma Mills Rating 5 stars Read from August 13th- August 30th It has been a while since I flew through a book as fast I flew through Foolish Hearts. I wasn't even reading the book every day but this book is that good. My favorite character was Claudia and this was my favorite read of the month.
