Top Ten Tuesday- Bookish couples!

Welcome back! Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by thatartsyreadergirl. This week is relationships in books and let me tell you I wanted to keep this to ten because otherwise I could go on forever. I love action in books, but I'm a fan of romance to keep me engaged as well. This list is in no order, just as the couples came to me.

1- Jo and Laurie - Little Women

Jo and Laurie are similar in personality, so it was almost like these two would be together. While two people who are alike in many ways might get boring to read about, these two have enough differences that keep the reader wanting more. I love these two nerds and I was hoping they would end up together.

2- Ana and D09 -Heart of Iron

Are these two considered a couple? I will consider them a couple for the sake of this. These two have a different kind of relationship because D09 is a Robot and they're a mission to save him. I love these two because they grew up together on a spaceship for ten years. You can tell how much these two love each other and I think this is what puts them towards the top of this list. They overcome the odds placed in front of them together and they grew closer in the process.

3- Hodel and Perchick -After Anatevka

If you know me, you probably knew you would see a musical theatre couple on this list. In this sequel, we see what happened when Hodel arrived in Siberia. It's been a while since I've read this, but the couple spends the beginning of the novel  apart, shifting from the present day to memories of the past with Hodel and Perchick seperately. Seeing them together was even better for me because there had been build up to them being in the same place. These two are another one who overcome their problems together, and they grow stronger together.

4- Ben and Arthur- What If It's Us

I was so here for this unlikely romance!!! I call it an unlikely romance because of the way they meet and the how they became a couple.  These two were so cute and I loved seeing their interactions. This  is a newer release, but I want to talk about how these two got each other into something they loved because that was fantastic. Ben getting Hamilton because Arthur loved it I was weeping. Ben writing Arthur into his story was the sweetest thing. These two have so many little moments of cuteness that made them number four on this list.

5- Feyre and Rhysand - A Court of Thorns and Roses series

Ah yes my favorite fantasy couple! The fact that these two have enemies to lovers plot I love. I can tell how much they care about each other and that is what makes me love them more. They're so cute and I can't wait for more with them.

6-  Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy -Pride & Prejudice

Another couple who starts off not being found of each other and end up as a couple. These two are a classic romance, the kind of romance that you strive you and that you want to achieve. I adore how these two put their differences aside in favor of love.  This is another couple that I was really rooting for.

7- Eric and Jack - Check! Please

I have only read the first volume of this comic.  I saw the romance early on in the book and when they kissed I was like "yes! finally!!!"  I love these hockey boys and the love they have for each other. I just want more dates where bake and are adorable. I don't know what cuter, the baking scenes in the comic or the tweets about Jack that Bitty tweets. You can read them as extra content in the Ebook at least.

8- Aristotle and Dante - Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe

This couple has so much growth and finding out about themselves. I love how these two help each discover love and life and change. I need to reread this book but from what I remember these two were a perfect YA couple. They were everything I wanted from reading the book and more.

9- Simon and Bram -Simon Vs  the Homo Sapiens Agenda

Oh how cute these two are. I love the fact that they exchange emails and the reader gets to see their love blossom along with them. These two are so sweet and charming that I couldn't help but love them. I enjoyed their relationship both in Simon and in Leah on the Off Beat.

10- Cath and Levi- Fangirl

How cute these nerds are. Levi is so sweet and caring towards Cath and he is just the kind of person that she needs. He might not understand her love of fanfic and Simon Snow, but at least he tries to get on the same wave length as her. The sweetest scenes are when she is reading him some of Carry On and when he shows up at the hospital for her.

Top Ten Tuesday- characters that remind me of myself

Welcome back to Top Ten Tuesday! This is a weekly meme where readers discuss ten or whatever number you would like to have based on a prompt. Our host is Jana at  thatartsyreadergirl . Our topic this week is Characters Like Myself. I am going to take a two words that each character has in in my opinion,  and discuss how that relates to me  as well. 1- Cather Avery from Fangirl Writer- At her core, Cath is a writer, and she loves her stories. I am a writer of both Fan Fiction and original stories like Cath so this was an automatic in for this. Both of us love our work and we tend to through ourselves whole hardheartedly into our work. Sisters- I might have mentioned this on the blog before but I have a younger sister and we’re only roughly 18 months a part. Cath and her twin sister Wren are polar  opposites and this is me and my sister. My younger sister is an extrovert and into science. I on the other hand,  am an introverted creative bookworm.  2- Miriam Kendrick from C

Top Ten Tuesday books/ series I would recommend to someone who says don’t like to read.

Hi! Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by Jana @ thatartsyreadergirl . This weekly meme was born out of a love of lists and bringing the book blogging community together. Each week, Jana will post a topic, and we will all make a list based on that topic. This week, the topic is Books Written Before I Was Born ( These can be books you’ve read or want to read! ) ( submitted by Davida Chazan @ The Chocolate Lady’s Book Review Blog ). I wasn’t feeling this, and so I went through and found a post from The Broke & the Bookish, and I did that. The original post can  be found here . I thought I would recommend some books from some of my favorite genres.   The Classics 1- Pride & Prejudice This is one of my favorite classics, and when making my list this week, I knew I needed to include it. The reason is that I think this is one of the best books by Jane Austen, and we use the story in a lot of modern media. 2- To Kill A Mocking Bird I was so surprised by how much I loved this

Top Ten Tuesday-Books I want to reread

Hi! Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by  Jana@thatartsyreadergirl . This meme was born out of a love of lists and brings the book blogging community together. Each week Jana posts a topic, and we book bloggers write a response. This week, it's books I want to reread.  1- Pride & Prejudice   This is a classic I’ve read twice, I think? At least once, anyway, I love this novel so much. My favorite character in the book is Lizzie. I also miss the story. Maybe in 2021? Anyway, I miss this book and I want to reread it. 2- Foolish Hearts   I read this book in the summer of 2019. I had been in a bit of a slump at the time, so this pulled me out of it. I read the novel in about two weeks, and I just loved it so much. My favorite character is Claudia, and I want to revisit the book. That this involves theatre is another reason I need to reread this book ASAP. 3- After Anatevka   I know I talk about this book so much on the blog. I read this a few years ago now, and I want to revisit the charact
