Top Ten Tuesday- Books I pre-ordered, have on pre-order, or hope to pre-order

Hi! Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by Jana@thatartsyreadergirl. Each Week, we get a prompt and we all make a post based on that prompt. This meme was born out of a love of lists and bringing the book community together. This week is supposed to be a post of purple, yellow, and green covers, because of Mardi gras being today. I never do cover prompts, and so I deiced to do this post I’ve been thinking about for a few weeks now. These are the books I have on pre-order, already pre-ordered, or hope to pre-order.

Already out

1- You Have A Match

I loved this book so much. It was one of the first books I reviewed this year, and I thought it was so well done. Emma Lord is now an auto-buy author for me.

2- Everybody Has A Podcast (Except you)

I love the McElroy brothers, and their book was so good. I learned a lot, and I’m so glad I read it.

3- A Court of Sliver Flames

I adore the A Court of Thorns and Roses series. I can’t wait to read the fourth book in the series.

On Pre Order

4- Rule of Wolves–out March 30th

I am sad that The Grisha Verse is ending. I can’t wait to see how the series wraps up.

5- Fearless (Fearless # 1)-out April 6th

I know of Mandy Gonzalez from being a fan of her from Broadway. I’ve been trying to get more into Middle Grade, and I think this story about a ghost haunting a theatre will be right up my alley.

6- Kate in Waiting- out April 20th

You all know my love of Becky Albetalli. I knew from the summary of this that it might be right up my alley. I can’t wait to meet Kate.

7- 10 Truths and a Dare–out May 4th

I loved 10 Blind Dates last December. Once I found out we were getting a companion novel, I pre-ordered it the night we had a cover, just so I knew it would come out this year.

8- One Last Stop- out June 1st

After loving Red, White, and Royal Blue, I knew I would enjoy this book as well. I can’t wait to read this because I’m so intrigued by the plot.

Hoping to Pre Order soon

9- Malibu Rising –out June 1st

I have loved both The Seven Husband of Evelyn Hugo and Daisy Jones and the Six. Seeing as this has the children of a character from those books, I can’t wait to read this.

10- This is Our Rainbow- out October 19th,

This a middle-grade anthology that looks amazing.

The Sunday Post!

Welcome back! Today I am taking part in the weekly memes  The Sunday Post hosted by caffeinatedbookreviewer and Stacking The Shelves hosted by .tyngasreviews . I have had a great time coming up with the updates for these posts in the last few weeks and so I will keep doing them. Life This week was crazy for me because I had a a work blog due. While I enjoyed doing the post, it was more research than I had allotted for, so I just needed to spend more time on the blog than normal. Other than that it was an easy week. I got some read in and I got a new chapter up for my fanfic. Yesterday, we spent a lot of time in the backyard and shoveling stone for the yard. Read I just finished China Rich Girlfriend earlier today! All For One Alex &Eliza #3 is still so much fun and I think it is my favorite book of the trilogy still. Currently, I am on page 184/391 I read some The Princess and the Fangirl and I am 50% done. Rather than pushing it for the next few days, I deci...

Top Ten Tuesday- characters that remind me of myself

Welcome back to Top Ten Tuesday! This is a weekly meme where readers discuss ten or whatever number you would like to have based on a prompt. Our host is Jana at  thatartsyreadergirl . Our topic this week is Characters Like Myself. I am going to take a two words that each character has in in my opinion,  and discuss how that relates to me  as well. 1- Cather Avery from Fangirl Writer- At her core, Cath is a writer, and she loves her stories. I am a writer of both Fan Fiction and original stories like Cath so this was an automatic in for this. Both of us love our work and we tend to through ourselves whole hardheartedly into our work. Sisters- I might have mentioned this on the blog before but I have a younger sister and we’re only roughly 18 months a part. Cath and her twin sister Wren are polar  opposites and this is me and my sister. My younger sister is an extrovert and into science. I on the other hand,  am an introverted creative bookworm.  ...

Top Ten Tuesday- Favorite Books of the Year Part 1 (12-21)

Hi! Jana hosts Top Ten Tuesday @ thatartsyreadergirl . The purpose of this meme was to bring the book blogging community together and foster our love of lists. Each week, Jana posts a topic, and we readers respond based on that prompt. This week our topic is a freebie, so I decided to make my list of my top ten reads part one.   Middle Grade 12- Never After by Melissa de la Cruz I'm almost done with this book. It's a duology, and I loved the new twist on fairy tales.    YA 13- Don’t Read the Comments by Eric Smith I read this early in the year and it stuck with me. This YA Contemporary about gaming and the culture of the gaming industry was fantastic.  14- The Book Thief by Markus Zusak It took me years to read this book but I really enjoyed it. I love the unique narrator, the characters, and the story.  15- The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas This is another backlist release. I loved this book, and I knew when I read it that it had the potential to be...
