Hi! Jana hosts Top Ten Tuesday @thatartsyreadergirl.
This meme was born out of a love of lists and bringing the book blogging
community together. Each week Jana posts a topic, and we bloggers come up with a list as a response. We also have the option of doing our own thing. This
week the topic is colorful book covers. I usually come up with a different
theme for all the cover-themed TTT’s. This week I’m sharing Top Ten Middle
Grade reads for Middle-Grade May!!!! I think that Middle Grade is doing some
great things. Here are ten Middle-Grade books I’ve loved.
1- Fearless (Fearless Series Book 1) by Mandy Gonzalez
2- The Chance to Fly by Ali Stroker
3- Rule of Threes by Marcy Campbell
4- The Disability Experience by Hannalora Leavitt, and Belle
Wuthrich (Illustrations)
5- Why She Wrote by Lauren Burke, Hannah K. Chapman, and
Kaley Bales (Illustrations)
6- The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
7- The Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan
8- The House of Hades by Rick Riordan
9- The Last Olympian
by Rick Riordan
10- The Sea of
Monsters by Rick Riordan
Have you read Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer? It's a MG book I would highly recommend!

I read an ARC and I loved it so much.
DeleteI love a good middle grade. I've never read Riordan, can you believe that???
ReplyDeleteI would recommend starting with Percy Jackson and then just kind of barrel rolling though them all.
DeleteMiddle grade is just so needed sometimes, a refreshing break from YA and adult literature. Although, it did make me chuckle that Rick has written half the list 😆
