Top Ten Tuesday books I want to reread

Hello! Jana hosts Top Ten Tuesday @thatartsyreadergirl. This meme was born out of a love of lists and bringing the book blogging community together. Each week, Jana will post a prompt, and we book bloggers come up with a list as a response to that prompt. We also have the option of going off the prompt completely.  This week the prompt is places in books I want to live. I didn’t really know where I wanted to go with that, so I deiced to dig into the archives, and I found this old prompt on The Broke and the Bookish. I’ve been wanting to reread favorites, so this is the perfect opportunity to use this prompt.

Physical Books

1- Pride & Prejudice

Maybe it’s reading Pride right now, or maybe it’s having the two books below. It’s been years snice I’ve read it.

2- The Secret Diary of Lizzie Bennett

I was in love with this YouTube series and I read this book. I enjoyed it so much, but it’s been years since I read it. I loved Lizzie in this book, and I want to reread it to see if my feelings remain the same.

3- The Epic Adventures of Lydia Bennett

This is the companion novel for the Lizzie book above. I enjoyed Lydia in this book, even if she annoyed me a bit.

4- All I Know Now

I loved this book when I read it in 2019! I got into watching Carrie’s YouTube channel now that she’s posting bookish content. I wanna reread this because I really want to just read her advice again.

5- Dear Evan Hansen

I know I’ve said I wanted to reread this a few times now. I think I’ll put it on my TBR for August or September when the movie comes out. I loved the book, and I want to see if I have the same feelings after a reread.

6- Romanov

I devoured this when it came out a few years. This is a Historical Fantasy I want to reread.

7- All For One (Alex & Eliza # 3)

This is for my project of all the Hamilton Historical Fiction I’ve read. It will end in July with a ranked post of all the books.

Ebooks

8- The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo

Goodness, I loved this book. I want to reread it and see if my feelings remain the same.

9- Hello Girls

This book was so good. I was not really into heavy contemporary, and then I read this book, and It was great. I want to reread just to revisit the characters and the story.

10-Eliza and Her Monsters

Omg, I read this a few years ago and I loved it. I related to Eliza, and I wanted to be friends with her. This is what I would call a comfort read, and I want to just see her story again.

Top Ten Tuesday- characters that remind me of myself

Welcome back to Top Ten Tuesday! This is a weekly meme where readers discuss ten or whatever number you would like to have based on a prompt. Our host is Jana at  thatartsyreadergirl . Our topic this week is Characters Like Myself. I am going to take a two words that each character has in in my opinion,  and discuss how that relates to me  as well. 1- Cather Avery from Fangirl Writer- At her core, Cath is a writer, and she loves her stories. I am a writer of both Fan Fiction and original stories like Cath so this was an automatic in for this. Both of us love our work and we tend to through ourselves whole hardheartedly into our work. Sisters- I might have mentioned this on the blog before but I have a younger sister and we’re only roughly 18 months a part. Cath and her twin sister Wren are polar  opposites and this is me and my sister. My younger sister is an extrovert and into science. I on the other hand,  am an introverted creative bookworm.  ...

This week our topic is a freebie, so I decided to make my list of my top ten reads part one.   Middle Grade 12- Never After by Melissa de la Cruz I'm almost done with this book. It's a duology, and I loved the new twist on fairy tales.    YA 13- Don’t Read the Comments by Eric Smith I read this early in the year and it stuck with me. This YA Contemporary about gaming and the culture of the gaming industry was fantastic.  14- The Book Thief by Markus Zusak It took me years to read this book but I really enjoyed it.
